During my time at Playscape, both as a freelancer and a full-time employee, I've had to pleasure to take part in so many creative, innovative and fun projects, with amazingly talented people.
My responsibilities changed based on the project's size and scope. I got to manage some projects as well. We have developed web games, mobile apps, web apps, and dashboards. I took part in the entire process, starting with research and strategy development. Here are some of the companies I've had the pleasure of partnering with:
Even though we worked on many projects, our core principles and goals stayed the same, and we constantly asked ourselves the same question:

Bank Hapoalim
I had the pleasure of collaborating with Bank Hapoalim for several months, working meticulously to redesign their existing default dashboard used by ~1000 employees.
We began with comprehensive user research, delving deep into the needs and challenges of the users. We grouped and analyzed both new and existing data. We reorganized the information hierarchy within the dashboard and the entire portal. It involved multiple iterations, working closely with primary users and senior bank officials.
Mixed Work

in person :)
Pain Points Shuffle
Here are some of the pain points we have tackled over the years:
Users are unsure of how to incorporate new features into their workflow.
The system contains many powerful features, but users often struggle to discover them.
The system has become outdated. It needs a fresh UI.
The brand was unable to build a deeper ongoing connection with its most loyal users.
…and many more!
Thanks for making it this far!
